The purpose of INVEST IN THE YOUTH ORGANIZATION is to instill good values in the youth by assisting them with valuable life skills and encouraging them to become the best they can be, no matter their circumstances.

OUR MISSION
Is to provide low income youth an even playing field by introducing a variety of growth opportunities that normally are not offered in their community, and/or simply do not have the means to obtain the skills offered.

The back to school event in New Waverly was a phenomenal gathering of community members, organizations, and service providers. We were all there with the intention of serving the youth of New Waverly and sharing positivity. As a staff member of SHSU, I was honored to get the invitation and happy to participate! The organizers did a wonderful job hosting a successful event!
